Lorena Santana is a multi-faceted and versatile artist; performer, choreographer, writer, and producer. With over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of dance and drama she has performed in shows at The San Diego Repertory Theatre, Sledgehammer Theatre, The Old Globe Theatre, MOCA Los Angeles, and UCSD. In the dance sector, she has choreographed for corporate shows; Ski-Doo/Yamaha, Pfizer, Frosted Pink and worked with prominent artists/choreographers such as Marina Abramović, Yolande Snaithe, John Malashock, Javier Velasco, Juan Carlos Blanco, Debbi Toth, Jose "Cheo" Rojas, Kathryn Irey and Bill Louther. In the film/television sector she has appeared in numerous commercial campaigns (client list available upon request), industrials, and participated in over a dozen training videos for the San Diego Police Department.
In 2012, Lorena produced, directed, and hosted "Barefoot in Baja," an insightful, exciting travel show that focused on Baja California. When she's not rehearsing or in the studio, Lorena enjoys traveling, surfing, and long distance ocean swimming. She has studied Alexander Technique for over 20 years, is a proud member of the SAG/AFTRA, and president of LSantana Productions.
